Terms of Service

By using BTWEEN you agree to these terms. BTWEEN is a private, invite-based space for sharing with people you choose.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to use a social app in your country and able to form a binding agreement. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

You own what you drop. You grant BTWEEN a limited license to store, process and deliver it to the group members you choose — solely to run the service (e.g. generating widget previews and recaps).

Community rules

• No harassment, illegal content, or sharing others' private media without consent.
• No attempts to break, scrape, or abuse the platform, its groups, or its games.
• Reports are reviewed; accounts that violate the rules may be limited or removed.

Privacy features

Screenshot and screen-recording detection is best-effort — no app can fully prevent a capture. BTWEEN adds viewer watermarking, short-lived media links and disclosure, but you should only drop what you're comfortable sharing with your circle.

SMS verification & consent

When you enter your phone number and request a code, you consent to receive a one-time passcode via SMS from BTWEEN. These are transactional messages used only to verify your number at sign-up or login — never marketing. Message frequency is transaction-based, and standard message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared, sold, or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes; see our Privacy Policy for details.

Availability

We work to keep BTWEEN reliable but provide it "as is," without warranty of uninterrupted service. Features may evolve.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the update.
