BTWEEN is built on one idea: what you share stays between you and your circle. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have.

What we collect

• Account: your phone number (for sign-in via one-time code) and the display name, avatar and profile "space" you choose.
• Content you drop: photos, voice notes, doodles, polls, reactions and hangout details you share with your private groups.
• Device & delivery: device/push tokens so drops can reach your friends' lockscreens and widgets.
• Usage & safety: minimal diagnostics, and reports/blocks you submit, to keep circles safe.

What we do NOT do

• No public feed, no ads, no selling your data, no advertising profiles.
• Media is stored privately and served through short-lived, signed links — never public URLs.

Who can see your drops

Only the members of the private group you drop to. BTWEEN staff do not browse your content; access is limited to what's strictly required to operate the service, respond to a report, or comply with law.

AI features

AI recaps, stickers and face effects run only with your explicit per-feature consent, and biometric/face media is never sent to any provider without that consent.

Your controls

• Delete any drop, leave any group, block or report a member at any time.
• Delete your account — which removes your profile and personal content, subject to limited legal/backup retention.
